Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told they didn?t get the order! I said it have an order... number and digital receipt that says I paid for an order here. The person on the other side of the speaker just kept saying wedidn?t get it. And didn?t offer any other assistance until I suggested coming inside to show him my receipt. Then he said justpull forward and we?ll look at it. So it took about 20 mins in a drive thru it took 20 mins to get to to pick up an order thatwas paid for 20 mins before I even left home. Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new... honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the onlycondiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everythingat Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does ontheir apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'llgo easy. Read more
The best burger in the whole world is from this place. The double western bacon burger is the most delicious burger I've ever... tried. Personally I don't like onion rings so I have that removed when ordering. If you like spice this burger is also bomb withjalapeños! Thank me later :) Read more

Watch out with this place. They charged me $6 just to upsize my combo to a large. AND they charged me extra for a breakfast... combo and said that it was because it's lunch time now.
