Carl's Jr shouldn't provide generic condiments. The jelly they serve is gross! First and last time I visit this place. ????
Never would I come to this place again. Bought my self and my family Sunday dinner after a long day. When we were about to sit... and eat as a happy family. I opened my big carls bag and noticed I was missing a chicken sandwich that was for my little boybtw. Even with these high gas prices I managed to drive back to Carls Jr from home just to make my boy happy. Thanks for ruiningthe day carls P.S check your bag before you leave from this Carls Jr guys. Was out of several things...like drink cups?? Who do you not have cups in stock? Was smart & final closed? Drive thru service... was extremely slow... Spent 20 minutes in DT with only 4 cars in front of me.... Management and the Corp need to really fix thisplace or close it. Read more
Make sure you repeat the order back to them and verify they get it right. I ordered something got something else and the person... giving me the order was argued about what I ordered. Wait time is also more than what a fast food place should make peoplewait...waited for the meal, then waited some more for the right meal smh Read more
i?ve gone here about 3 times and it is the worst experience ever. My first order i remember my soda tasting weird, and my fries... burnt and the order was wrong. My second order, my brother had found a fly in his burger and one of them employees were rude tohim. Then my current order that i got about 10 minutes ago is terrible. My fries are burnt, the chicken burger i got isdisgusting. I was also told that my burger was made by a person who had no gloves on. So it is unsanitary to eat here.Definitely will NOT be coming back. 2/10 Read more
I ordered a large onion rings and I told them I wanted them fresh. So they gave me a small orfer of burnt rings and 1 ranch... dressing. I called the Supervisor and he said he would make it right. Do NOT visit this location. I've been here 4 times and every time I'm disappointed. I like the crispy chicken sandwich but their... patties are about 70% filler!! The meal is $12.40 and for that much,you should get a real chicken breast. There's like 3 littlepieces of real chicken in their patties. The meals here are more expensive than other Carl's locations.
