No joke I?ve never seen it take that long for two fire grill combos burritos take 32 minutes on top of that the chicken grill... burritos had no chicken they were BRC burritos. I know I saw the shift leader on site but definitely needs to show support tothe people inside working at the restaurant and not so much at the drive-through I know this because I?ve been experienced inthis area from back in the day to what I know now which is a bigger ranking in management. They have gotten BAD....they NEVER have unsweetened tea, regular or passion fruit..there creamy cilantro dressing is watery and... there chicken is rubbery.. Read more

El pollo loco is pretty good but this specific spot is awful due to its employees. They couldn't be any less interested in... working it's actually pretty nuts they even got the job. I get it, I don't want to sit here and talk about my day or yours but Ido ask for respect as a customer not to get mad dogged by the short cook after I ask why a small family order isn't ready after25 minutes in an empty location beside 2 cars. Man-o-man! I ordered a chicken tostado with meat, lettuce, and rice only. When I received the bowl thete was literally two... pieces of chicken in the tostado. Additionally they wanted to charge over $10.00 for a tostado bowl with no chicken! I askedwhere the meat was and they wanted to charge an extra fee. No guessing here...item returned!
