This is the worse starbucks Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot of them all over the world. They are always slow and run out... of ingredients. Ive never been there and been able to get my entire order. It?s like unbelievable how bad they are and how slowthey are. I have no idea why anyone still goes here. This has to be the worse Starbucks, because they run out of everything. So your drink pretty much is going to be tasteless... because they STAY RUNNING OUT of ingredients so not only they are not giving out proper Starbuck drinks it's a thing at thisparticular location to not have anything like run carmel and other syrups consistency I have drive a city over if I'm notlazy to get proper Starbucks drink but this is ridiculous Read more

It made me sad that Starbucks was only doing it by MoDiLe OrDeR dRiVe ThRu only. Terrible service, some of you might be thinking... why didn?t you do online order my phone was dead, drive thru ? I had a big truck if I went in the drive thur it would get allstarched. Read more

Went inside since drive through was long and slow ,(about 8 cars +) only ordered a sandwich, still waited 15 minutes. I ask the... employee if they started on my order yet, he goes to check , comes back and tells me they?re actually out of the sandwich. Hadto wait another 5 minutes for my refund and I was late to work . Some employees had no sense of urgency while other werecarrying the whole work load alone like the guy who helped me , he was multitasking with sense of urgency and answering multiplecustomer?s questions and also helping people find their order from the online table! All with a nice and smooth attitude , heknew what every employee was working on. I?m experienced with customer service and work at a bank so i noticed it immediately.Going forward i?m ordering online, easier for everyone. (advice: call before to ask if they have the food available becausesometimes they don?t). (one thing i noticed is that they always change staffing, that may be why they?ve always been so Sloww). I waited extremely too long for just 1 drink and the lack of good customer service was not cool. I am a faithful Starbucks... customer at 3-5times a week but this location disappointed me and I might not revisit. Read more

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. Evelyn hesitated to help me in store, having conversations with coworkers and... asked my order 3 times. I had told her light ice. Wasn?t even written on my order, basically got a whole cup of ice with myVenti drink. Calling the manager tmw, this is the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Read more
