Great customer service, guy at the drive thru was very polite and very helpful, Highly recommended ????
They provided my order and it appears ordering pup cups was an issue. The barista appeared young minded or lacked courtesy as... she said aloud "Are you serious?" Well I guess a customer buying their order including some free pup cups should be fine. Ithought. I felt offended in a way and then for her to get her supervisor because of her lapsed judgment. The barista said onething and the manager said the opposite which I can see inconsistencies. They messed up on my order today on 12/19/21 I really wanted the pink strawberry drink but got a mango dragon fruit. I dislike... that drink because it taste like Gatorade. However, they?re very kind and I know they would?ve fixed my order but it?s too bad Idrove off without making sure. Nice place to drink my matcha green tea latte.
Went through the drive through and like all Starbucks of course it was packed BUT this, drive through actually moved pretty... smoothly!! Went cause the hubby works nights so needed a little pick me up and the Chai Tea Iced Latte is the perfect cure...Unfortunately the customer ahead of us was a huge problem and wouldn't leave until she got her discount...
