This place was great. The young guy behind the counter was super cheerful and repeated my order to make sure it was entered... correctly. First off absolutely in edible food. Then the general manager Melony said the only way to receive a refund is to come into the... store regardless of the validity realize the gas prices are ridiculous enough and the only solution that you would present is?come back into the store? no help provided beyond replacement of only the food in question. No extra ?here allow me to offeryou a replacement and refund or something of similar? just a really bad way to take care of your customer base. I?m not surewhat the game plan is here but serving food that?s burned beyond being able to eat is not the way. Dunkin? maybe donuts andcoffee is where you need to stay at. I come here often and it?s usually a pleasant experience however whenever I ask for less ice I either get less product or EXTRA... ice! Sometimes I get the right amount of ice if I don?t say anything about the amount of ice. Today I asked for less ice and Icould barley get the straw all the way down. I bought a retail cup ( it was super cute and the price was great!) and I pouredthe liquid into the new cup and left the ice in the cup it came in and this is how much ice was left. Fresh donuts came out right around noon. The glazed fresh was amazing way better than crispy cream. My kid who also only eats... the top of donuts downed the WHOLE thing! 2 in a row! So good!! Read more
Just opened and are having some hurdles. Weekend mornings, especially Sunday, there is quiet a wait. They gave me extra donuts... my first time through. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because of being new. I will update review if need be. Drinksand food have been good! Stopped in today ordered a Blood orange refresher, they gave me a Blood orange with coconutmilk. It was way not to my taste, I dumped it out.
