This very well may be the last good Little Caesars in Grand rapids! An all-female staff apparently, they are professional team... communicating effectively and working well together to get the job done, and believe me this location is very busy, but thesegirls obviously know what they're doing and should be rewarded for their hard work, highly recommended!! Ordered and paid 6 hot and readys for work crew 24 hours in advance for noon pick up the next day. Show up and they tell me they... don?t open until 2 and they just cancelled my order. No call. No explanation why. Thumbs down. Read more
The store from the outside looks closed. Online it said the store was open so I went in. I then proceeded to have to wait... several minutes before I finally yelled out "Hello" and was finally acknowledged by an employee. The guy took my order for apizza and I received it. While I was waiting for my payment to go through on my card I hear a girl in the back that was workingnear the oven say, "I was busy you can wait a minute" or something along those lines. the staff must have something against people with piercings, tattoos and colored hair because everytime i have gone the staff... has treated me and my friend like garbage. they turned my friend away 30 minutes before close but served other people whoarrived after her. another time they made us wait 40 minutes for a hot and ready they had in the oven the entire time we werethere and served literally everyone who came in before and after us first. i can?t help but to feel like this is because of ourappearance since they?ve always given us nasty looks and glares.
