Too many inexperienced employees. Customers keep complaining of incomplete orders or missing items. Staffs don't pay attention... to details while making orders. Updated: since my last review, there have been alot more improvements with staff trainings andorder packaging. Less complaints from customers using delivery services. Good job to the management....keep doing whatever youdoing. Seems to be working. Read more

Food is the same as every McDonald's... We received the wrong order, and the management wasn't very friendly when trying to fix... it. The front staff was apologetic and friendly. Read more

This is the second time this has happened, so I figured I'd post. Both times were at 3 Am so not busy at all. I ordered a plain... Mc chicken meal and 10 nuggets to go with it. 6 of the 10 nuggets were old and tough as shoe leather. The Mc chicken was orderedplain and they put lettuce on it and couldn't be bothered to just remove it (they didn't put the sauce on so they obviously knewit was supposed to be plain lol). Read more

Do not work here unless you want to be abused.worked here for about a year and a half and I have never experienced a job that... treats its employees worse. Stuck me in the drive thru window the entire day for an entire 8 hour shift they don't rotate u likeur supposed to in fast food. I was kept in the window even in horrible weather conditions. My uniform would be soaked from rainand snow coming into the window. You often have to stay minutes after you're supposed to be off because the managers can'tfigure out where to put people. On top of that the managers are so mean. Someone got yelled at when they BROKE THWIR FOOT andhad to go home. It is sickening . They also wouldn't let me chnage my availability even though it was 100% in McDonald'sguidelines. DO NOT WORK HERE or support this place. Disgusting. Read more

Fast food to be expected. Coffee is good. Staff are for the most part friendly. There is a play room there which is a hit with... the children, though it needs to be cleaned more frequently. Unfortunately it becomes a youth hang out often, which would befine if there was no profanity. But not all people respect the other customers with younger children. During the days the staffare great about keeping this under control. When management were approached on the situation. They have always gone out of theirway to promote a family friendly and safe environment. The parking lot is dangerous. This needs to be rectified. I have seenmore then one accident in this parking lot and I am not that frequent of a visitor. Read more
