Decent enough staff, but always a 50% chance you?re not gonna get the right order. With compartmentalized roles, and role... specific stations, this shouldn?t happen. I can?t imagine these people working at a small restaurant alone for a night shift. Read more

Staff needs to be aware that a white label delivery service is their responsibility to contact the customers if an item is... missing and not the delivery driver's. Delivery drivers work with time and every minute waiting for an order to be confirmed orcompleted is loss of income and counts towards delivery drivers ratings. Read more

They messed up my order. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee, and both donuts had icing on it and they were both put in the same bag... so when I took the donut out of the bag the icing was stuck to the bag of both donuts and ruined both donuts, I am verydisappointed seemingly that I was looking foward to enjoy my donuts and coffee and my donuts were ruined. I had placed thisorder around the time of 10:00-10:30pm April 8 Read more

Love this Tim's, our go to location. Staff is fast and friendly. And since they did the upgrades inside it's beautiful. ETA: I... am super sad to have to update this review but this Tim's location has really gone to sh!t. A sausage farmers wrap with extrasausage has become the most difficult thing to make apparently. I was charged for a farmers wrap and extra sausage. I got aregular sausage wrap and no extra meat. To the point, going back that many times it's just easier to go elsewhere. Go backpolite and trying to be understanding only to be greeted with rudeness and impatience. Read more
