Completely disappointed I waited on the waitress. She was Completely under trained and probably shouldn't have been a server. I... don't want anyone to believe that other bj restaurants are this bad. I've never had an issue this bad since I've been going tobj's. My server was more worried about her big back side than being a good server. She didn't even know the menu. I want to express my appreciation for a great 4th of July lunch. I ordered the prime rib steak with 2 sides to go, one the house... salad and the other the Caesar salad. I will be able to eat two more meals. Not bad for $29.95. Leftover steak goes great withsalad. The prime rib was done exactly to my liking, medium rare. The seasoning on the steak was spot on, and above all...it hadthat wonderful char grilled flavor. With all the worry about wildfires, I did not want to use my Hibachi, but I was craving thecharcoal grilled flavor. Thanks, BJ! You made my holiday. Read more
We sat in the bar area. No host seating with table service. We ordered from the $11 lunch menu available from 11 to 3pm. -... Italian Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti - Mediterranean Chicken Bowl - Spring Harvest Salad - Cheeseburger w/fries - CrispyChicken Sandwich - Ham & Cheese and Soup Combo - Grilled Chicken Alfredo - Unlimited Soup and Salad Combo - Mini Deep Dish Pizza& House Salad Combo - Chicken Tender with Fries I ordered the unlimited soup/salad. I tried both the wedge and Ceasar salad andboth were pleasantly presented and equally delicious. The chili however was disappointing because I detected a slight 'soapy'taste of cleaning liquid. I tried the clam chowder as well which was fine. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and sheenjoyed immensely. Our waitress was fully attentive and delightful. Located at the Sunvalley Mall. Customer service by Josh was very good. I went yesterday for mother's day and I didn't see enough waiters. Food not what I... expected, I don't think is difficult to make a philly sandwich, the bread soggy, coleslaw was terrible, old veggies. I don'trecommend this restaurant. Read more
Staff was really friendly and attentive. Ordered the kids chicken tenders and was super shocked that they were good and not dry... at all. Got the bacon and avocado burger. Great portion size, somewhat average on the price ($15). Fun atmosphere at the barif you want to watch TV. Pizza here is always good too. Read more
This place used to be good and now it has absolutely horrible service here not only for dining in but for taking out / delivery.... I am so very disappointed in this restaurant and the service here! Last time I came here with my mom I had the worst serviceever took forever to get our food and it was not even busy. People go on their brakes at the most inconvenient time. This placeneeds a whole new management! I'm sitting here now for delivery that is now 5 minutes late and should have been ready a whileago. I don't think they understand that we get in trouble for late deliveries. There's literally nobody in here and not busy atall there's no excuse for this except for unorganized management. Every time I go to take out there's nobody there in the phonesare always ringing. Until this place does a huge investigation on service and management I'm not coming back to you also I'm notdoing deliveries here either huge waste of time and I get rude responses every time and excuses and won't let me know whenthings are going to be ready.
