Nice helpful patient ladies work here in the evening, good food made fast, took coupons, gave me extra sauce, that's why we... cross town to come eat at this location. I do love this food. I think it's a bit pricey, but worth it to me sometimes. I'm a big fan of the tostada's! Love that... cilantro dressing. Staff is always so nice! I often do curbside pickup and have never waited very long! Read more

I'd been getting food here for about 16 years and had received good customer service for the most part until late August 2021.... They've had this convenient ordering system on their app and I used it one Sunday afternoon to order some food for thefamily. I got into my car to pick up the food but then my car wouldn't start. Called my insurance to have somebody sent over,was notified the wait would be over an hour. I called El Pollo Loco up to cancel my order since I don't know if the problem withmy car is with the battery or alternator. I had to assume to worse of the two. I was told that the order was canceled. Ifollowed up after 3 days since the charge was still on my card and was told that it takes about 5 business days to reverse thecharge. After 2 1/2 weeks and 2 more phone calls the charge was still there. I had to call my credit card company to have theamounts charged back. Be careful when you use their ordering system. The customer service is disappointing and everything justseemed dishonest especially after patronizing the place for 16 years. Read more

EAT HERE, NOT PITTSBURG!!!! Went here today after a horrible unsatisfying experience at their Pittsburg location yesterday. ... The employees here are so nice and the food is always good, never any problems unlike the Pittsburg location where I wouldntrecommend anyone go to, due to horrible food and low quality lazy employees. In Concord their machines actually work to syncwith Pollo Loco app for points. They gave me 5x sauce sides with no complaining on a $5 order, unlike the Pittsburg locationthat only gives 3 sides on a $24 order, and in Concord their sauce cups are almost 100% full, unlike pittsburg at about 25%full. Ill continue to eat here and boycott the Pittsburg location at all costs, iwpuls drive the extra 20 minutes to Concorsfor quality service and food vs Pittsburg's let down of a location. Read more
