Pretty good. Sushi, sushi sushi, lots of sushi. Dont plan on going from work on your lunch hour, unless you do lunch at 11 am.... Every table was full at noon. Read more
If you go here, try and sit by the sushi bar. Normally, you have to line up to order sushi from the sushi chefs. People seated... at the bar are able to order from the chefs if you grab their attention. My main issue was that the sushi selection was small.What was available on the conveyer belt was even smaller and most of what we wanted needed to be ordered from thechefs. Quality was OK. Not quite like the Davis location. Not on par with Vacaville. This one in Concord just recently opened so they're probably... still trying to learn the ropes. Service was slow. There's only ONE guy doing the orders so the line was long (see photo).Sashimi also isn't very fresh. The flesh had started to slime. There's not much variety on the ready to grab section, and samecan be said on the conveyor. I love the Vacaville location and I hope this one in Concord improves. Notice to sushi and rollslovers. This isn't your authentic Japanese food joint. I've eaten here twice so far and both times were great experiences. The pricing is fair and the food and service are great. It... can take a little while if you're ordering a roll that isn't currently available, but that's to be expected. Would definitelyrecommend. Read more
