I went here on a whim, just passing through the area. I thought to myself, "hmm I've rarely had Nepalese food. I should give it... a shot." What a great decision that was. Nothing on the menu is short of amazing. The flavors are well blended, good amount ofspice, and I always leave happy. Not only does the kitchen staff do a beautiful job crafting this food, but the front of housestaff is also a treat. They act as though you are family when you visit, and are SO hospitable. I really can't say enough goodthings about this place other than I feel lucky to have found it, and that I feel the love in their work here. Give em a shot :) <3 -Deme Read more

Such a great place. A nice quite patio off of Todos Santos Plaza and fast, friendly service. The tika masala was buttery and... well spiced and the Navratan Korma was so sweet and creamy. Looking forward to coming back, the new owners are doing a bang upjob! Read more

First time visiting this restaurant. Loved everything we ordered, will definitely go back. FYI my wife is picky, she loved it... as well. The spice level is customizable, medium was perfect for us. Read more

Himalayan food is always interesting to me. It is a combination of culture, cuisine and history. When I opened the menu, I see... the typical signature items: momos, nan bread and milk tea. What I did not see is a yak-based dish. I am sure it is darndifficult to get any yak in California so I am totally fine with chicken momos instead. It came out tasty and my son loves it.You could tell this place is family run. The lady who took our order, has her son doing homework at a side table. The men in thekitchen were probably family too and they were keen to check in with us to make sure the food is satisfactory. We ordered thegarlic naan bread, chicken momos and I was in the mood for lamb vindaloo. All these 3 dishes were great. The vindaloo was prettyspicy and the sauce was spicy and rich. My husband ordered a dish from the specials, which was essentially a grilled steak withsauteed onion and green pepper. To be honest, I am no expert in Himalayan cuisine so i don't know if this is a traditional dishor some newer iteration. The beef was a bit too dry for us and the seasoning was a little on the light end. I don't think wewill ordered that one again. Nevertheless, the rest of the food was very delicious and there are several tables of patronsdining, who seemed to know the owners well. We will be back! Read more

Excellent food. The vegetable biriyani was one one of the best I've had. The chicken curry, outstanding and the mango lassi was... a treat. The wait staff was attentive but not intrusive. I definitely recommend this place. Read more
