My first time at MOD Pizza, very friendly service. The Greek Salad and "Jasper" pizza were really good????????????
Worst experience ever! I just been there with my daughter and will be my last time ever . Garbage on the floor, gloves and dirty... tables. I ask someone to clean the mess because there were no costumers and they called the security to tell us to leave! Isthis possible in USA in a such a beautiful place like Veranda Shopping Center ? If you come to mod you come for the amazing pizza crust -this and crispy- wood burning ovens and quick and efficient service.... Which is half of what I received today. Great pizza crust - chicken tasted old and funny had to pick it off and serive was greatminus the amount of time it took to get served. Maybe next time, but this time is a no for me. Read more
Tried this eatery after hearing about it from my teenage son. Sadly, I was left incredibly disappointed due to the pizza... crust...maybe it's me, but it looked and tasted like a flour tortilla. The toppings were fine, but the "crust" the pizza isserved on is inedible to say the least. After ordering a pizza the way I take it, I ate ONE slice, then threw away the rest! Imight've chalked it up to personal taste, but my girlfriend also threw away her pizza due to the "tortilla-like" crust. Thisplace is a hard pass for me! Read more
We?ve been to Mod many, many times. In general, great pizza, and we?ve never had a bad experience. Until now. Overflowing... garbage, dirty tables, messy counter. Horrible service, bad attitudes, not one smile or thank you. I was thrilled to see thateveryone wore gloves ? until we got to the last guy. He proceeded to touch everything before he handled our pizzas. Gross. Weleft and went across the parking lot to SuperDuper. What a difference. Read more

I had to go gluten free about 6 months ago and have been missing pizza! I was so glad to learn they have gluten free crust. Love... the toppings. It was delicious. Only downfall is that The Veranda is packed on the weekends so good luck with parking ???? Read more
Racist, and rude employees like Heather, causing chaos and bringing down the establishment! Apparently Heather (Blonde Girl)... likes to give customers a hard time. An online order small issue that could've been a super easy fix turned into adiscrimination experience. She needs to be far away from customer facing positions, especially if she's a manager as she claimedto be. I usually frequent the Alameda location and have nothing but good experiences there, unfortunately today ended in anunreasonable manner which created a traumatic experience for my family and I. Security and Police were called unnecessarily andHeather, if that's even her real name, possibly it's Karen because that is the behavior she displayed today, needs to beremoved. Read more
