I ordered take out via the Panda Express website. I had a bit of a wait when I arrived as one of the items was getting cooked,... which I didn't have an issue with. However, one of the issues that I did have was that the rest of the food was placed in thefood boxes, so the Orange Chicken had paper fibers on all the pieces touching the container as it sat there. Furthermore, theOrange Chicken's sauce was made incorrect and was heavily sour with no other flavor making it inedible. Three o'clock on Sunday October 23. No brown rice, chow mein, orange chicken, beyond orange chicken, or eggplant tofu..who knows... what else, I didn't look. Manager in black shirt was very rude to the employee serving the food. The young man serving was theonly person there that was trying to be courteous to customers. Read more

Once again I arrive at Panda after the time it says it is open and he has his doors locked. Today, Sunday, August 7th. I just... tried to buy my food at 10:25 a.m. and the door is locked. It's not the first one, it's already happened about 8 times that Iarrive after opening hours (10AM) and it's like this. I just ask you to change the time of the site, so that people do not planfor a restaurant that is not able to serve on time. Thank you! Read more

This Panda Express is very clean, organized and no waiting time or line. It was not crowded at the time of my visit. So far the... only one location I visit that doesn't count the shrimps when they are serving it????????????. Truly a great experience Read more
Trinity was rude and had an aggressive attitude. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I responded with "Can I have sweet... and sour sauce?" She then raised her voice and asked me again if I wanted anything to drink and rolled her eyes. She then said,"I can't give you sweet and sour suace." with no explanation. I get it, asking repetitive questions can be annoying but why doesshe have to be so rude about it? Maybe they were out of sweet and sour sauce, who knows, and that's fine, but why be so rudeabout it? She could have just said we don't have any at the moment without the eye rolling and I wouldn't have had a problemwith it. But she decided to be rude instead. Over a simple question. Read more
