Just ate there 30 minutes ago. I sat at the bar and got terrible service. Took 40 minutes to get a guacamole burger and fries... that had basically no guacamole on it. The waitress was terrible had to ask for refill as she's right there was never givennapkins. All the staff was standing around watching her male drinks like they've never seen alcohol before and it's the coolestthing they ever saw. Then her Co worker comes there and sits at the bar and instead of offering me a refill she goes and talksto her friend. I downplayed my tip to 3 dollars but now I wished I would have purposely spilt my coke all over the bar and gaveher no tip. The Food was Old & Cold. There were Teeth Marks on the cold fries & the Burger, patty, bun, lettuce was wilted and stale NOT... even Warm~ the cheese never melted to the meat & the Egg was nearly RAW-Not over easy. It took 20 min to get a glass of water.The Mgr was texting on her phone most of the time & seemed annoyed when I was talking to her. The waitress was Extremelyverbally RUDE. This is The Worst Restaurant experience I've had in 58 Years!!! I truly believe me and my wife werediscriminated because we are bi-racial. Stopped in for lunch, was seated in the bar area dishwasher was banging very loudly. Waited a while to put in the order. Waited... about another 20 minutes for our drinks (water) to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks took over 60 minutes for those to come out(cold). Food came out 20 minutes later. Fries cold and hard. Should have just left when I was asked at the 60 minutes if I stillwanted the mozzarella sticks. Also the place was empty. No reason for it to be so horrible. Read more

I went in and I actually waited at the front entrance for 5 minute's and as I was walking in I got greeted by an employee and... from there she asked me where I would like to sit, and I chose to sit in the bar seating area at a table. Then the waitresscame and gave me the menu and then it took like another 10 minutes before I saw her again, then I placed the order and got adrink. The drink was pretty much watered down.. I mean way down! The lady that was making the drinks was all on her phonetexting and not once washed her hands while she was making drink's. I saw this after my drink was brought to me. Then I noticedthat the table was dirty so I asked them could it be cleaned. The food was cold and the fries we're like they were recooked. Itwas like 5 customers in the Bar dining room area. There was no staff on this side at all. And then I was ready to leave and ittook like 25-30 minute's before I had to go and look for a staff member and say I would like my check! It was a HORRIBLEexperience and a waste of Hard Earned Money. The problem is the employees there that are supposed to be working is on theircellphones! The Red Robin has been a place I love to go. The service was the worst I have seen in awhile. We had to ask for things multiple... times such as condiments which were ordered with the meal, silver ware, and drinks. The fries came out cold and we neverreceived refills on fries. Sadly the ice cream machine was broken or never turned on and we couldn't get our usual Root Beerfloat. When we brought all this to the manager's attention she did not see too apologetic. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Simply Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. The staff was super friendly and... attentive which deserves a five star. The food left so much to be desired. First off. The salad had frozen pieces of fruit whichwould be nice if I had ordered a frozen salad. The grilled piece of chicken was literally 2/3rds the size of the bun and a bitrubbery when you hit into it. I have to say it was a huge let down from the picture on the menu. If you desire a quality meal atan above average price point, pick somewhere else. If however you just want a quick beer and a basket of fries or chicken stripsto chill at the bar then expect that might be the way to go. Read more

First time eating at this location. Generally my expectations for these sort of chains are fairly low but overall I wasn't too... happy with what I got. I ordered a double burger with lettuce wrap and onion rings. The onion rings are not bottomless ANDthey cost $1.50 more. Fine. When my order comes out there are only five onion rings on the plate and the server told me thatfive is always the amount you get; wow. That's cheap. The server dropped an onion ring (nbd) and replaced it with a singleonion ring. The whole thing just seemed overly stingy. Minus one star for that. (Note, I did like the 5 onion rings I ate,crispy!) My wife's mad love burger looked pretty sad and she didn't eat much of it. The fries came out cold (despite beingnoon on a Sunday ), so you can imagine the bottomless nature wasn't necessary. Minus one star. Finally, overall value for themoney was not great. $40 for 2 adults and a toddler and no drinks is a little steep considering you can go to any number ofindependent burger joints for the same or less with same or better food. Minus one more star. Not the worst food in the worldby any means but would not come again considering the availability of other options.
