A friend of mine referred me to this restaurant in Concord. I am a Pleasanton resident and my wife and I decided to give it a... try. We both had the noodles with shrimp and egg rolls. We also ordered the buttery calamari as an appetizer. The food was veryflavorful, the service was great and we had a delight-full dining experience. Well worth the drive! Next time we will try otherentries, the food portions are very generous; we brought some home and enjoyed it as a late snack. The quality of food vs the$$$ is absolutely phenomenal. Read more
I ordered a grilled pork bahn mi and the bread was so dry that when you bite into it it be ready for an explosion of dust... crumbs? Mario is the best. I came from Sacramento and tried many Banh Mi sandwiches form there. By far this is the best. The Bread, the... Meat, the Picked vegetables are fresh. Their BBQ pork is very fragrant with 5spice. I personally choose a BBQ pork with Grilledpork. It's not on the menu but you can just ask. Good bread, fresh veggies, and flavorful pork. Thai ice tea reallyhit the spot too. My co-worker got a banh mi as well along with a spicy pho - He let me try some of his pho, good portion andflavor and they had all the sauces at the table.
