A friend of mine referred me to this restaurant in Concord. I am a Pleasanton resident and my wife and I decided to give it a... try. We both had the noodles with shrimp and egg rolls. We also ordered the buttery calamari as an appetizer. The food was veryflavorful, the service was great and we had a delight-full dining experience. Well worth the drive! Next time we will try otherentries, the food portions are very generous; we brought some home and enjoyed it as a late snack. The quality of food vs the$$$ is absolutely phenomenal. Read more
I ordered a grilled pork bahn mi and the bread was so dry that when you bite into it it be ready for an explosion of dust... crumbs? I could have salvaged the meat and toppings and used my own bread when I got home but it wasn?t worth it?. If you likebahn mi this is not the place?. ???????????????? Read more

Mario is the best. I came from Sacramento and tried many Banh Mi sandwiches form there. By far this is the best. The Bread, the... Meat, the Picked vegetables are fresh. Their BBQ pork is very fragrant with 5spice. I personally choose a BBQ pork with Grilledpork. It's not on the menu but you can just ask. My better part likes the same but with Pate she always happy when I bring it toher even on bad days. My saving grace. Thank you Saigon Bistro you helped me more then you know. Read more

I come here for the amazing vietnamese sandwiches! Sorry, I was hungry and took a bite before the pic. Anyway, been doing take... out for a while now and ate in for first time in a while. Their teams and boba shakes are good too. My daughter likes thespring rolls and pho. But the best part is the sandwich, the bread is always crunchy and soft, and the veggies full of flavor.Go now. The BBQ pork bahn mi was excellent. I had them add extra meat. It was awesome with the to-go hoisin sauce packet. Ill add a... picture when I get another one (soon). The bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Total perfection. Read more
Went here for lunch on a recc from a co-worker. Was not disappointed at all! We were greeted and seated right away. I ordered... the grilled pork banh mi and a thai iced tea both were great! Good bread, fresh veggies, and flavorful pork. Thai ice tea reallyhit the spot too. My co-worker got a banh mi as well along with a spicy pho - He let me try some of his pho, good portion andflavor and they had all the sauces at the table.
