Terrible service, super arrogant store manager, prepared my sandwich missing basil pesto sauce and when I went to question that... the sauce was missing, he threw the sandwich in the trash abruptly. It took more than 10 minutes to deliver me a new order andstill mocking talking to take pictures. I really like the Rebit chain but I won't be back in this store ever again. Unfortunate. Read more

I stopped by here to grab a quick lunch before heading back home. There was quite a few people in the restaurant during my... visit. The employees weren't bad but they also didn't seem friendly. I've asked for some ranch and ketchup and the person at thefront seems irritated by it. Regardless of that, the food was delicious and I enjoyed it. Read more
Love there Santa Barbara Char Burger with the sourdough bread and avocado. Fries were also good. Patty is flavored and juicy.

Good Food - Decent service - Reasonable Price I?ve been here a number of times. Their food is always consistent. The Santa... Barbara is my fave, but nearly any of it is good. All similar flavors with slight modifications to each. Love that they offermalted shakes. The fries are cooked well. The onion rings are quite tasty, esp with ranch. Service could be friendlier, butit?s overall not bad. This place is consistently busy at lunch and dinner hours. Great go-to burger joint. The one downside(and maybe it was just especially bad today) is their Ahi Tuna Filet. It makes the restaurant STINK! Like rotten hard boiledeggs type stink. It?s rather off-putting. This is my new happy place!!! My fries are perfect. Burger perfect. The woman making my sundae!!! A true goddess in customer... service. THANK YOU ODALYS!!! The whole staff treats us amazing every time we are in. They are always busy but that nevertarnishes their moods. They always wear a smile and are happy to help with whatever you need.
