We had the worst experience here a week ago. We have also been waiting for our refund from 1/2 which has not been refunded.... Darel was our cashier and he was just on his phone on IG, they had lost our receipt, so they did not have our order. We weretold to wait another 40 minutes for an order that should have been ready by the time we arrived because we still gave them extratime for our order. We have called numerous times and no answer any time of day. The manager Cassandra has not called or reachedout regarding the refund and it is honestly tiring to keep driving 15 minutes one way to ask about an $80 refund with no answeror help. Very upsetting. Had to wait 15 minutes on an order that was already five minutes late this place is completely unorganized and severely... understaffed. They need to get their stuff together and hire more people! This is unacceptable to wait this long! Not only thatthey don't even have the decency to have the restrooms open for their customers or the people waiting over 20 minutes for theorder! This place needs to be Under New Management before they lose all their customers! Please everybody save your time anddon't come here go to another place that will fill your order a lot faster! Walk in 1020 (yes i know little late everyone hates the late walk in, which is why i was going to tip the cook $50) 2 workers... said yes still taking orders then the no good for nothing cash register lady comes up with her own time of when they close andsaid they cant take anymore orders right after i jist asked 2 cooks of they still would make it. One of the best Wing Stop locations. They always have the great menu most places have, plus they often participate in limited... time flavors & the manager at this location knows his beer. The drink selection here is much better than other locations. Read more
I've been here so many times and I don't think they've ever gotten every single part of my order right EVER. I would have... stopped going a long time ago but there's not many places with good wings close by, but i'm finally going to stop now. This issuch simple food how can you never get it right, that is so crazy... I order by phone everytime, I always have to wait another10 minutes which by itself isn't really a problem. Just saying. When I order I always make it clear, and more recently I overlystress (to the point I feel like I'm being kind of annoying) that they PLEASE have the fries and wings crispy, with extra sauceand extra seasoning. When I say "extra" I'm really just asking that they put enough, because if you don't ask for extra it willall be nearly bare. But still, there's always something wrong. I had to write a review of this plas as we have ordered at least 25 times from this Concord/Clayton location on Friday nights... and we have never been disappointed.
