Came in for two medium hot chocolates, and left with nothing. When we arrived there were only two people taking orders and one... person doing anything but taking orders. Waited 25 minutes to order and when someone finally took our order, they startedstocking instead of making the order. Everything was already stocked and it wasn't a task that was priority. One of the othermore experienced baristas asked if someone helped us and we clearly said the person stocking was supposed to make our order.Instead of making the order or asking the other employee to stop stocking and make our order, they went straight to the nextcustomer and ignored us. Good service, terrific drinks and food. Comfortable for a visit, plenty of seating.
I used to get lattes here, which are pretty good but their butter croissants are the best I've ever had. I do wish they updated... their app to make it more user friendly. Read more

This is a very pleasant Caffe Nero. It starts with the friendly staff. The coffee is good, and they have an assortment of tasty... sandwiches and smoothies. But it is also a comfortable place to take a break. I appreciated the nice woman working there wholent me her phone charger. I was on a long bike ride and was about to lose my map. I enjoyed an espresso and a book off theirshelf while my phone charged. Cheers! Read more

Cafe Nero is always a good spot to grab a coffee and sit with your computer and do some work. There is a bit of a wait in line... to order. 4 stars since I like the interior of other locations better. Read more
