DEFINED Fine dining. The service was incredible and efficient, our waitress was so kind and patient! We ordered the Nutella... French toast and breakfast burrito, both super good, but the French toast really stood out. There are some great vegetarianoptions, and most menu items are pretty inexpensive. Less than a ten minute walk to Louisa May Alcott House, Sleepy Hollow, andmany other attractions! Very ordinary food, nothing special, I don?t understand why so many five-star reviews. It?s busy but we found a table for three... straight away at lunch time on a Sunday. Waitresses are polite and friendly but it took about 20 mins to get our orders: onesalmon salad, one grilled salmon with mango garnish and one burger with fries. The place was not even busy to fullcapacity. However, the fact that the mango garnish (blue arrow) tasted rotten is a dealbreaker and I would certainly think twicebefore choosing to go back. My second time visiting Helen's. The food is good nothing outstanding. I asked for the Helen's Special burger. I thought the... fries were a bit stale and the burger dry. My wife asked for the salmon salad. Again nothing you couldn't do at home. I didn'tfeel that the food was in anyway elevated to be memorable. Prices are reasonable service is good. Not sure if I would come backa third time. Food presentation was also just ok. Read more

Avoid the overcrowded places in Concord and come visit this one instead, you won't regret it. We went to another popular spot,... and it was a total zoo, so we walked down the block to Helen's and had seats within minutes. The servers were warm andpersonable, and they knew several of the diners by name, this is definitely a locals' joint. The diners and servers welcomed usinto their conversations, we felt quite at home! The food was fantastic, we ordered sandwiches with fries and were quiteimpressed with the portions and the quality. Restaurant was bustling with activity, but nonetheless spotless. We left in goodspirits from the company, and full bellies from the food. Highly recommend! Read more
