Came here for dad?s 80th birthday. Service was top notch! Food was delicious. Are the basil foo wen (?), house combo friend... rice, a sushi platter, mango salad and papaya salad with miso soup. Looks like a nice place. Appears they don't have enough staff for dine in and take out on Saturday 5pm. Lots of open seats but... only bar open. They let people seat themselves at the bar so lots of spare seats between couples. Bad use of space. Won't betrying to come here again. Read more
Went to Karma in Concord with a friend for lunch and one of our beef dishes was so tough that it wasn?t edible I called over... the waiter and explained that we wanted to switch out the dish but not long after the manager came over and rudely confronted usand kept insisting that the meat was tough because it as cooked a certain way and that?s the way it was supposed to be.! Wewould?ve been happy with a replacement or a refund but when I got the check he charged me for the dish! This is not about themoney but about the hostile behavior of the manager which is unacceptable. Being in the service profession I have much respectfor the job and ?the customer is always right? is a creed for a reason. Will not be back. Read more
It's a fun place and the food is excellent. The entrees are perfectly prepared and the staff is very friendly.
I really like this place. Sam is an especially gracious, welcoming host. The food is good but not great and the cocktails are... delicious. The exception to the food is the hot and sour soup, which is awesome and authentic. Read more
Awesome food!! Fresh! The pineapple ???? shrimp is the bomb!!! The 2 pound "lobstah" ???? was absolutely fantastic. Felt... like I was in China town, but with free parking. Lol Read more
I?ve tried so many Pad Thai in Burlington-karma and Westford-karma, and also some Thai restaurants in LA too. Here?s the best... pad Thai I?ve ever had. It is the real good pad Thai.
