If you know BK, there is really not too much I can say about the food....it's eh-----food on the go, if you must. I've reviewed... BK IN other areas. THis one on Hall St. in Concord, NH----is ALWAYS understaffed. It seems to effect the customer serviceunfortunately. If you like waiting for no one to answer at well lit place at 8pm; other time spending half hour in line because whomever is on... drive thru obviously cannot manage chewing gum too...this is the place for you. Concord Burger Kings are horrendous. I am surethey are losing their shirt with overhead because they are never open. Neither is KFC. BUYER BEWARE they jacked their prices anddrive thru prices are false advertizing. Makes me wish Papa Ginos and D'Angelos had drive thru pickup for phone orders. Realfood. Read more
Got 2 double cheeseburgers for a quick lunch, buns were stale, burgers were tepid, cheese was cold, pickles were so cold they... were nearly frozen. Totally disgusting and proof of just how far BK has fallen over the past 8-10 years. Atrocious and willnever eat BK again. Read more
Guy working there was super sloppy had stains all over a pullover that loooks like it has never been washed! I ordered 2... impossible whoppers and there?s no lettuce or tomatoes on it!! Tastes like absolute garbage! Place is nasty and needs newmanagement!!!!!! ASAP!!!!! Read more
I don't know what has happened to this location...new management???????????? However, this has always been the best Burger King.... Ordered a Reg. Whopper with light mayo, ketchup and heavy pickle, along with a small fry. Came to $10.49, just for that!!(That $blew me out of the water!) When I asked server about if I heard right, he just grumbled and walked away. When I went to deliverburger to friend...upon unwrapping, there was no lettuce, tomatoes or onions on it! The heavy pickle request, just consisted of3 small pickles! I was astounded!! Had called location on Hall St., multiple times on Wednesday & Thursday and no one answeredor returned call. Food was cold nuggets were dried out hard as a rock . I asked for all my food plain and the manager was yelling in Spanish... laughing at the cook because he kept making it wrong half my burgers didn?t have top bun and the ones that did were burnt to acrisp . Ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The menu describes it as "juicy, tender and crispy 100% white meat chicken, seasoned... and breaded with bold flavors and just the right amount of heat; topped with fresh lettuce, a ripe tomato, and creamymayonnaise" ... this place honestly every time I?ve gone #1 takes forever and #2 always forgets something out of my order it?s taking me a lot... to finally write a review but this is the worse Burger King I?ve ever been to and the worse in the area!!!
