This place is a huge L. No blame to the workers, like most companies chipotle won?t pay to staff the restaurant. Beware mobile... ordering. Showed up and didn?t have the ingredients to make my mobile order, offered other meats for the same cost. They alsocannot refund your order, so you?ll need to call an 800 number if you decide to get dinner somewhere else. Definitely go in andorder if you really want to get food here. Read more
They were great when they were open. Good luck finding a day when they're actually open and have all the ingredients now. Been... craving Chipotle for three weeks and they just don't accept orders. Easier just to buy the ingredients and make a bowl myself. Read more
Gave 2 stars only because the staff was friendly. Walking in we could see that every table not in use was filthy, so we knew... right away we wouldn?t be eating in store. We ordered 2 burrito bowls and 2 fountain drinks. We told they were out of lids forthe cups so we opted for bottled drinks instead. Went to the napkin/cutlery station, which was a mess, to find no forks. Askedthe cashier and he said they were out, spoons only. At that point we wished we had been told sooner as it?s kinda hard to eatthe lettuce in the bowl with a spoon. As we were walking out the door, the trash can inside was over flowing. The condition ofthe store made us question the cleanliness and quality of our food. We won?t opt to return to that location. Read more
I don't normally like to write bad reviews but I had to make an exception for this experience. The condition of the restaurant... was appalling. Trash everywhere, every table was filthy, the self service drink and utensil area was disgusting. Also the meat,rice, and beans were ice cold and looked old and dried out. I was traveling and in a rush with my family so we had no choice butto stick it out I just hope we don't get sick. Oh and the employees were rude af too. I'll never go to a Chipotle again. Woof. This is based on the last time we ate here a few years ago (we make Mexican food at home for the most part). We had eaten here... twice. The first time we ordered online and they got our order wrong. They missed two menu items from the order and while wewaited for them to make the items, our other food got cold. We tried the bowls the next time and I found they were a bettervalue for the money. Previously, I had gotten three tacos and found them not very filling. With the bowl, I was able to get twomeals out of it. A positive is the food tastes of a higher quality than say Taco Bell. When reheating the food, it still tastesthe same. Only giving three stars since the food is pricy for "fast food" and they got our first order wrong and food wasmissing. Read more
Brought my wife here for the very first time as she's never been to a Chipotle before. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted... with the condition of the restaurant. There was food all over the tables. All of the floor along with wrappers everywhere. I wastrying to be discreet as I took photos so I could not get all the photos I wanted. We didn't even order food as we were toogrossed out by the condition of the restaurant. I can only imagine if they treat the front end of the house with this muchcarelessness. How do they handle the back end of the house. It must be just as gross if not worse. Read more
We were unlucky in that we arrived towards the end of a long afternoon rush, and there were dome food options that they had run... out of. The staff were great even with how obviously stressed they were. The food we got was delicious. Will definitely returnanother time when it is hopefully less hectic. Read more
