I love this neighborhood coop, so here is a little feedback: the last two things I got from the hot bar were too salty! chicken... gumbo tonight, and the barbecue beans last week. Go easy! Read more
For the 1st time in my years of shopping there, I was very disappointed in the homemade food. My little dessert was all topping... and barely any fruit. So frustrating. And the quiche I had been craving was dry with little taste. Surprising. I suggest backof the house taste testers and quality control. The place to get your alternate and organic everything. They can be overpriced, but it comes with the territory. What is wild... is how many people still wear masks and are probably quintuple super boosted but buy a cart full of organic nongmo stuff andconvoctions that literally say on the label the fda thinks this is bunk. It has a good selection of health-oriented products and good values to be found if sought at times. The downside for me is a... smug and arrogant vibe that permeates the atmosphere of the establishment and most of its customers. They have an extensive bulk section for which you can bring your own container and many eco-friendly and local options all... around the store. The employees are super friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. Read more
The Co-Op has a nice variety of items at there Salad bar, Olive bar and Hot bar. They post there hot bar menu on there web site... Monday thru Friday. Everyone working there is very pleasant. Read more
Great variety of fresh foods, dairy, vegies, etc. Some are oddly expensive, some as expected for local specialties and... organics. Lots of friendly help. No need to be a member. Read more
