We were in the area for work all weekend, and placed a pizza order (3250) this past Saturday night for delivery to our... hotel. There was a mistake with the order, much to our chagrin when it arrived! After calling the store and explaining themistake, the manager sent a corrected order which arrived promptly. We like the coupons in the emails and won't pay full price. The drive up window is helpful but very hard to get close enough at... this location. There is neither indoor dining nor public bathrooms (not sure if that's typical for all locations). I orderonline usually while I'm running errands and always have to wait 30+ min when I'd prefer a 15 or 20 wait. In 30min I can driveall the way home and grab food there. Read more
????Well firstly, this is nite #2 trying to order pizza! It WAS late last nite- 12:30(am)- short version, 3 claims 2B open- no... dice- OR pizza! Tonite, not AS late- this time, 2 [of the 3previous places]. I went with another 1st- simply becoz I know theirpizza. But, by the time I got my order placed, it had stopped delivering! The site was uncooperative & I was left frustrated????AND hungry! [Or, 'hANGry' as my step-grandson says!) I threw it in on the pizza hankering!???? Until...10 minutes later!! Iremembered that Domino's was open the latest of the 3, so I gave it a shot. Their site was quick, easy-to-use, so- I was able toget registered, place my order & sign up for their 'points' program; that earns discounts as well as free [I believe] -itemsfrom the Menu! Ordered online 3 pizzas???? and everything went well! Only a five minute wait at the drive thru. Good ???? service! We had a... pizza ???? party at the Steeplegate Mall and everyone enjoyed their pizza, even myself, and I am not a fan of pizza ????. Irecommend this Domino's. Read more
Last night I ordered the first Domino's Pizza I've had in years. I ordered the crunchy thin crust with pepperoni, olives, green... pepper, and tomatoes. What I got wasn't AT ALL crunchy, and the added ingredients were beyond sparse (photo to prove it). I'dread Domino's was working on improving their product, but this was a major fail. Read more
Waited over an hour, Carside delivery, I waited 10 minutes and they didn't bring my order out. I had to go inside to pick up... my order that I waited over an hour for. Kids working the counter and the back laughed at the fact that it was Carside and they"forgot" to bring it out. Never apologized either. Very unprofessional service... Read more
