If there is a negative star choice, I would choose it. Rude, dirty, and overall the worst customer service I have ever... witnessed. Went thru drive thru, placed one simple order and couldn't get a receipt. Was asked to come inside as there was NOchicken available (at dinner time?). Waited 20 minutes and order never made. Frustrated and hungry, we asked where our orderwas. Manager did give $$ back eventually. Actually dodged a bullet by not eating the food there! Read more
I order a large Mac and cheese got a small I ordered large mash potato and didn't get two guys at window were playing around... hitting each other not paying any attention. I had to go back inside and tell them they missed up they didn't ask if I needanything I had to say excuse me but you missed up my order . Not sure if mangerment allow this . Chicken was perfectly cooked. Chicken strips were good, but seemed a touch dry. Asked for chicken wings with out sauce and was... told that they were not available any more. Read more
The chicken tenders and fries were great... the legs and wings were greasy. Every time I go there though, the bathrooms have... "out of order" signs on both of them (for about 3 months now). Read more
Chicken didn't taste good and the pieces were very small, and overcooked. Which told me the they sat way to long and should of... been thrown out. For the outrageous price they charge you should get a bigger portion of coleslaw and potatoes, not child size.Told my husband not to go there. He won't make a trip to good old KFC anymore. Really disappointed. Ordered a 16 piece bucket of extra crispy, and asked for my 4 sides to be mashed potatoes w/gravy, french... fries, Mac & cheese, and corn. Didn't get any fries or Mac and cheese, ended up getting cole slaw instead, and they shorted meabout 6 pieces of chicken. Everything was correct on the receipt, but the execution failed miserably. Ordered through drive through. The food looked like it was half eaten and haphazardly thrown into my box. The staff seemed like... they were really young, but were incredibly rude and very clearly untrained. Don?t waste your money here. Read more
Ordered chicken breast and received thighs and they were awful! The chicken was slimy and rubbery rubbery. The skin was slimy... and the meat was terrible. I have had many great meals at KFC, but this time not a happy customer. Read more
