I normally go here after work every now and then, since I get out at 11:00pm and basically no resultants are open at that time.... The food and drive through experiences I have had were what you?d expect from any other McDonalds. Typically its clean, althoughthat was more so before the renovations, and the staff is usually friendly. Usually is the key word there, as owever there are afew rude staff. One of the people in the back called me a ret*rd as soon as I walked in. I?m not gonna say that I won?t ever eathere again, but definitely doesn?t make me wanna come back as often. Read more
Cold french fries, and when I asked for extra fries in my happy meal there were apple slices instead ???? Sorry to say but just... cuz I order a happy meal doesn't mean I want cold food.... As for Fisherville Rd, Concord MCDONALD'S I will NOT be stopping atany time soon waited over 15 minutes and the clerk wanted me to almost hit the car in front of me and was all you have a littleroom had to explain if that car is a standard he'd hit me on take off if he rolled so don't give me negative vibes cuz I don'twant to cause a accident didn't even get food that night because they were out of the boo buckets after not even being out for3days and No prior notice of them being out was advertised..... The spicey chicken sanwich was hot, tasty and perfectly cooked. The french fries were freshly made, crispy and well salted.
Service was fine, place looked relatively clean. But the spicy chicken sandwich should be more than a regular chicken sandwich... with cheap and overly plentiful sauce on it. It made a mess of my car and me, like I was a hungry toddler driving. Read more
Was very disappointed by my visit to your McDonald's today. We ordered 2 medium meals and instead of sodas We chose 2 medium... chocolate shakes.. When I got to the window I was handed to shakes that were very small and nowhere on the menu does it say thatthey would be the size smaller than a small soda. When I got the bagged food home the medium fries were not even half Full Andthe burghers were basically thrown together. Read more

I usually go just to get my ice coffee and usually have a good experience. After a long day, I was wanting to do a quick and... easy dinner for my four kids. I order them all happy meals, and asked for them to make the hamburger happy meal with a freshchange of gloves due to a severe dairy allergy. The lady at the drive thru attitude changed and seemed to be put out by thisrequest. When we got our food, my daighter hamburger had cheese on it, and she was not able to eat it. So a quick and easy mealfor my daughter's turned into three happy children and one child miserable who didn't get the treat her siblings got. Read more
