Food is usually fine (for a fast casual place that likes to pretend it's more organic and sustainable and handmade than it... really ever was, and that part doesn't bother me because if you fell for that line you really don't know anything aboutprofessional kitchens). Love the grilled cheese, and have always loved the tuna melt. But the Concord location is absolutechaos while simultaneously extremely slow. Nobody in there has a clue. To Go orders are often left at the register, not eventaken over to the "To Go" shelf, so you have to go get it yourself anyway (don't even bother waiting in your car for Car Side toGo, no one will remember to bring it out). I understand that many places are short staffed right now. And I understand thatmany places are avoiding having their staff handle cash because of you know what. But IF YOU ARE GOING TO suddenly ortemporarily be a "no cash" establishment and make your customers do all their ordering on a tablet at the register because thecashier is nowhere in sight (and then wait for the overwhelmed bakery counter to sort out who ordered what), then PUT UP ASIGN. Customers were getting all the way to the front of a long line, only to discover they weren't allowed to use cash andthere was no human being to take their order. Or at least, that's what appeared to be the scene when I tried to eat theretoday. Nobody knew which line was for ordering and which for picking up, nobody knew if there was a line for those who wantedto use cash and everyone who got to the front of the first line had to figure out on their own that they were supposed to orderfrom the tablet. "Why not just use a card?" Sometimes I'm okay with that, sometimes I'm not! But I have to *know* before Iget all the way to the front of the line. And people who can't, for whatever reason use a card, will just, you know, leaveand never come back. Ditto any elderly customers who get anxious about having to order on a computer. "Why not just do Read more

The menu pictures show a delicious looking warm rice bowl brimming to the edges with ingredients..the reality is a bowl with a... spoonful of rice and 2 small strips of chicken. I had asked a manager (Zack) about it and all I received in response was asnippy attitude and no willingness to correct the situation. Very disappointing ???? Read more

Twice in the last month I?ve tried to go into Panera in Concord New Hampshire. Once in the store it is total chaos. Nobody knows... where to order from. Nobody knows where to wait for their food. Both times. I?ve gone in within five minutes. I ended upleaving. The waiting area for people that have ordered consistently had about 15 to 20 people stacked on top of each other in itoverflowing into the eating and ordering area, both times I?ve gone I was one of multiple people living in total confusion andfrustration. I don?t think I will be giving it a third shot. Read more

I ordered delivery from the Panera app. The bag came sealed and the sandwich and soup did not look like they had been tampered... with at all. I went to take a bite of my soup and discovered a huge piece of plastic wrap in the soup. My sandwich was alsoconcerning as on the inside where the cheese was when I pulled apart the bread it appeared to be blood. I am beyond grossed outand will not be eating at Panera in the future. I am disappointed as I thought is was one of the last clean/healthy ish placesto grab lunch. Read more

Spicy chicken in buffalo chicken sandwich was bone dry. It also had an unnatural glossy finish on outside. It was a good thing I... had water. The person who took my phone order was pleasant, adding a star to the rating. Read more

Great and cozy place to have breakfast/meals. I loved the seating area which is quite isolated from the reception area. One... concern I found was, the receptionist did not quite try to hear what I was saying and we always ended being on different pages. It caused me to rush my choices for the breakfast. Also eggs did run out at 10.30 AM. I understand the breakfast time did end,but you can always anticipate some folks coming around 10.30 AM for a breakfast. Reducing 1 star because of this. Overallexperience was quite good. Read more
