I moved to Concord from Hudson NH about 4 yrs ago, this info is very important to my Papa Ginos review. Papa Ginos has been my... favorite pizza since i was a child and its now my kids favorite as well. Living in Hudson we ordered PG pizza once a week &rarely disappointed, since we've moved to Concord we don't get Papa Gino's that often anymore because it's not as good as Hudsonor Londonderrys store. I literally chipped my front tooth on the pizza crust 6 months ago. I've taken into consideration howcovid has affected many businesses & lack of staff but honestly the Concord store hasn't once been great with making my pizzas(even before covid). We were in Hudson 3 weeks ago visiting my sister and we got Papa Gino's to go and it was EXACTLY WHAT IREMEMBERED IT TO BE, it was so much better then what we'd been getting in Concord. How does this happen? Many Papa Ginos storeshave gone out of business & I don't want that to happen, I just want the pizza to be as good as Hudson & Londonderry NH stores ¬ chip another front tooth! P.s. All the staff in Concord have always been pleasant and friendly, I've never had an issue withanything other then the pizza being made horribly. I've also never made a complaint in Concord about being dissatisfied with thepizzas. I spend $40-$50+ on each order & its very disappointing. After this last order of $50 and all 3 pizza were overcooked/burnt & extremely crisp, I've taken pics and I plan to say something to the manager. I just want Concord store tosucceed, be great & for myself and kids to be pleased 75% of the time with our pizza order. Read more
Always have to get papa ginos whenever I'm in New England. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza but I didn't get it this... time. The 2 large pizzas we got were very tasty. Ready on time for pick up. There was a bit too much sauce at the edges nearthe crust. But I didn't ask for light sauce or anything. That's just my personal preference Read more
My wife and I with our handicapped boy have stopped at the Concord, NH Papa Gino's on Loudon Rd every week for lunch for the... past 15 years on our way to our cottage in the lakes region of NH. The Pizza is always cooked Perfect and the sandwiches arealso GREAT... What makes it all fantastic is besides the good well cooked food is the Manager and the Staff. They are alwaysvery friendly and work with you to get your order right and they never rush you. Along with that, the dining area and bathroomsare always very clean.. To end, Id like to say that we always feel very welcome when we stop at this Papa Gino's.. Its a greatplace to have a nice lunch ... Papa Gino's is a dose of childhood nostalgia for me, so I was very happy to come here and eat with my family at one that still... has the traditional/original look. The pizza was exactly what I want from Papa Gino's and had no complaints! Read more
Had a great experience tonight at this Papa Gino's in Concord NH. The restaurant was clean and tidy... the staffs attitudes were... apologetic due to the fact they were severely short handed. With just 2 people in the store and 1 doing deliveries they wereconstantly making and preparing meals as well as making and cooking numerous pizzas all while answering questions taking ordersat counter and over phone. I was only there for 15 minutes but was truly impressed with the 2 in store employees , they splitthe duties and ran each area with precision and grace. I'm not a big fan of pizza ????, but, I've liked this brand since I was a kid. Everyone liked the pizza ????. The crust, well,... my daughter and I don't care for it but my son and my friend really like it. Service was great! They brought our pizza ???? toour table with paper plates. WiFi available. Place was clean. Bathroom was in decent shape, though the men's room door ????sticks. A little pricey, but I recommend a visit. Papa Gino's pizza has a unique taste. Not greasy. Read more
