Oh my gosh. This had to be the worst food we have ever gotten. Paid extra for cheese bread sticks so burnt and no cheese.... Alfredo looks burnt. The pepperoni pizza was so disgusting not even going to try the sausage one. This whole thing is beingthrown in the trash and gonna buy food for the family somewhere else. Nobody will eat it. I definitely felt like I stepped back in time when I walked into the Concord Pizza Hut today. Stopped by for lunch with my kids... and the waitress was amazing. She was the only one working the lunch crowd and did an awesome job. Great pizza and breadsticks!Fun time at lunch time! Read more
Went a week or 2 ago for dinner. The place was not busy, but it was the busiest I have ever seen it (2 other tables seated). The... waitress was nice enough and she let us know that it would be a bit of a wait for the food, which is okay and I would ratherknow up front. After sitting for 20 minutes without being asked to put in our food or even drink order, we left the restaurant.To me waiting for food is acceptable, but waiting to place an order is not. Catering to dine in customers should take priority.It would have taken no more than 1 minute to take our order and could easily be fit in regardless of how busy they think theyare. Of course not busy enough to stop multiple employees from having a smoke break out back while we entered and left therestaurant. Disappointing. Read more
I went on Sunday around 1:30. The staff looked surprised when I asked for a table. I'm guessing they don't get many people... dining in. There was only one other group there. The pizza and service were good. Sad to see a place that empty. Not sure howthey can stay in business like that. Read more

Ordered delivery from here and was told it would be 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, we called and were... told that that was a call center that pizza hut uses if they can't get to the phone in time. And then we were told they neverreceived our order and then never offered to make it right!!!!! And the only reason I left one star was because it wouldn't letme post this review without giving it at least 1 star. Unbelievable Read more
