Was there for the Veterans dinner and it was packed. Young black girl (Lynn on the receipt) waited on us and service couldn't be... better. Despite the crowd she kept our drinks filled. The food was quick too. Everyone was excellent and friendly, no one wasrushed. It was a great night. Thank you Applebee's for honoring veterans. Read more

The food is better if you go in to eat. Great service if they could get enough employees. If there is a line and not enough wait... staff,leave. They should tell you about the staff shortage and not keep you waiting on your food too long. But the shrimp andchicken is the best. Read more
The food was great; BUT when seated asked manager if Sr discount. Had to check. Asked waitress when took order; said would... check. When brought bill no discount. Asked why. She said he was going to take off. When back and manager took off 10percent. Food was good BUT HIGH in calories. Service good. Don't think I will come back. Watch out for two for one menu. you get two burgers for 22 dollar and EITHER 1 salad or anything else. Not a salad and strips for same price. If you order twoside orders you pay. Read more
The kitchen staff needs to get it together waited almost an hour to get our food and when we got it it was only my husband's... order, the waitress forgot to put in our appetizer and we waited another 20 for my food which at that point I said just bag itto go, the manager did come and apologize and paid our bill. The couple in back of us with 3 lil ones also was flagging thewaitress to cancel their food as they waited just as long. Read more

The food was great. The server was amazing and very friendly and helpful even though her shift was almost over and you can tell... how tired she was. She never complained and was awesome. Her name is Pheobe. The food came out quick and was fresh and we alwayshad refills. Read more
Awful from the minute we walked in. No one greeted us or seated us. We sat ourselves. Our waitress didn?t tend to us or hardly... check on us at all. We didn?t get our drinks until we found a manager, (the bar tender was more concerned with cleaning tablesthan actual bartending) the manager was trying his best with what he was working with, food was great, waitress and nonexistentbartender were Horrible!! We couldn?t get a drink even though we asked several times, and ended up just leaving without ourdrinks. When we placed our order she asked what kind of wings we wanted, we asked what are the options, and she stood therewithout saying a word as we searched the menu for answers. Meanwhile she catered to the table behind us the entire time whileacting as if we weren?t even there. Never again will we go back to the Concord location. We paid entirely too much for thehorrible service we received. The manager was very nice and the food was on point.
