With prices like they are now, you at least expect to get what you pay for. I recently visited the location on Copperfield Blvd... to pick up dinner for the family. I stated my order two times at the menu and then once again at the window just to be sure. Iordered 4 separate meals. I get home only to discover there were 5 errors. They didn?t even get the drinks right. This wasnot the first time this has happened. I understand sometimes things happen, but when it becomes a regular occurrence, it?sunacceptable. I was charged for a large gravy and had to ask for it. Then I left got three miles down the road and no fries were in the bag.... I had to fight traffic back to the store. I expressed my disappointment and was told to GO WITH GOD. I am livid over thatand will never go back there again. Read more
This morning trip was disappointing. My bo rounds were cold. The cheese on my steak biscuits didn't melt so the means my steak... was not hot. Had to come home and re heat every thing. Read more
Fries and chicken were fine but I'm not sure why I was served this biscuit. Also extra sauce costs extra.

Sandwich was got and fresh the bo rounds were soggy and semi enjoyable at best and the customer service was just sad. Some... young kid who obviously hates his job and me even more for dare coming in this morning to get food. Then while I'm waiting theemployees discussing and complaining about working today and other unprofessional talk.
