When I tell you, I will not be going back to this place I mean it. I used to come here all the time but now, now it?s a complete... mess. The staff seem completely lost and have no idea what they are doing. It?s always dirty and don?t get me started on thelady?s restroom. It seems like there is a sewage issue and it?s been like that for years. The food is either undercooked orovercooked. Most times over. I get they have a staffing issue as every other restaurant around, however, you do not have to berude to your paying customers. I was a waitress when I was younger, and never treated anyone the way I have been recently thefew times I?ve visited this location. Please do better! Read more
It was not good. We were not served as we should have been. The waitress took our order and brought me water instead of a soft... drink. Then when she came to bring us our drinks, walked off before we could order. We called her back to the table and gave ourorder of onion rings and Boneless wings, and a bird dog. We waited 30 min for our appetizer. When we asked our waitress shruggedand walked off. We waited another 10 min on the onion rings. They were awesome. We asked for our check and left. We arrived at7:57pm. We left at 8:38pm. Will not come here again. The service in dine-in restaurants has been declining. Servers need to stepup their game. Read more
Wings are always good. ???? Being a spice lover I always dive into their Wild and Thai Curry sauce. Ambience depends on the... day. If it's rush hour then it will be luck to have a decent experience. It?s a bww so expect the same food which I enjoy. Bar tender service is good! But the management is obviously terrible.... Bathrooms are always gross (apparently male and female) always understaffed and the beer is really bad. Taste like the lineshave never been cleaned or the beer is just super old. We stop by. A friends night out. We found out it?s. Tuesday night deal. Buy one get one free on the wings. So we got. 30 wings.... The best wind. I ever try in the Buffalo wild wing branches. Kimberly took good care of us we seat down on the bar we playsome trivia we laught and have a great time. She did make shure we was taking good care She is good bartender. Very kindvery friendly if you ever are in the area stop by. Ask for Kimberly. I?m shure she ll take good care of you and make you the.Best drinks in the area or serve to you a nice and cold beer. Stopped here just before 1pm on 1/5/2022. Was seated right away. Server came by and greeted us. We ordered a Cobb Salad and a... Grilled Club sandwich. At 140pm, I asked the server if we could get our order to go. 10 minutes later, we are on the way outthe door. I took a picture of my sandwich because the chicken breast looked like it was cut in half. Again I say looked. I haveno proof it was. I will leave that up to you. But 2 things I have not seen before this chicken breast; 1. the white of thechicken on the outside of a cooked breast 2. a straight/flat end on a chicken breast. Read more
I had better experiences at this BWW location in the past, but this time around I noticed some differences in the service. The... front desk lady greeting guests was a bit rude when we ask for a different table that the one she wanted to give us and the wasa big contrast to the nice waitress that helped us in the back while we eat. The food was acceptable, but again they have donebetter in the past. I gave them a 3 because the drinks were still on point and the waitress did her best to makes us feelcomfortable. Read more
It was disgusting, disappointing. The only thing good was our server Diane. My son ordered the mild boneless wings and the... sauce they use was very very salty, we actually asked Diane for a fresh plain batch and that's when the boneless wings we gotback were hard as rocks so we gave up and took them home and threw them away instead of making a scene and sending thoseback. I ordered the new boneless bar pizza and there was hardly any chicken on it and whatever so called chicken was on it wastiny and hard as rocks, it looked like deep fried pieces of bread crumbs. I picked off the so called chicken and just ate theFlatbread. Save your money, drink lots of water if you finish your meal to combat the salt. I know we won't be going back everagain.
