As usual very quick friendly service. They were very busy as usual since this location is right across from Concord Mills but... all orders were correct and quickly delivered right to where we were seated. Only downside is they were sooo busy they hadn'thad a chance to wipe the table down where we sat. Bathrooms were clean though. Play area was clean too. Read more

Peach shake was advertised and wasn't available. The staff is usually so perfect at all the other chic fil a places I've visited... in the past. This one was lacking. The condiment bar wasn't stocked. Restroom was disgusting Read more
To be honest, this was the most dysfunctional cfa I've been to. The staff was nice but they were wandering the lot looking for... people, they were wandering inside looking for people, going back inside asking for help. They shouted when I first got in thatthey were 15 biscuits behind... just was a bit of a cluster. I appreciate the kindness of the staff however and they got themeals right which counts for a lot. Just maybe need to have a manager who ensures a bit less chaos, or at least hides it betterfrom the customer. Read more
Normally I order ahead on the app, but I was in the area and the line wasn't too long. When I pulled in the drive through I was... met by a young man. He was nice and friendly and assisted me with ordering. Placed my order with no issues, and it was preparedjust the way I asked. Food was nice and warm, and most of all it was delicious!
