Huge shout out the entire staff at this location for going above and beyond to help me share their delicious food with our team... over an hour away! I just don't see the hype. My bf normally assists with the order but today I didn't have his assistance and assumed with such... outstanding customer service it would be fine... nope! On the app, they offer you options of cheeses etc on the deluxe howeverwhen I ordered she simply asked if I wanted anything else...I didn't know if it was an app exclusive if I should speak up so Isettled. I was greeted by the manager as soon as i walked in the door. She took my order and made my coffee and had my food ready before... i even picked a table. I was very impressed and then i sat down to eat my sandwich (extra pickles) and i was even moreimpressed! Usually ?extra pickles? means they?ll put 3 instead of 2. I found at least 5-6 pickles! As I?m doing this review, ateam member has asked me if there?s anything they can do for me, refill, etc? I feel like royalty! My food is incredibly freshand the employees are fantastic! Best chick-Fil-A I've been too. Has playground and very updated newer modern building. Drive thru is covered and looks like has... ac and cooling fans on roof. Inside super clean and very friendly employee who call you by your name. Food was delicious andhot. Store Manager on point at this location. I highly recommend visit this location. Read more
