I picked up a carryout order for four bowls and, when I got back to the office, noticed that three out of the four were wrong.... They weren?t messed up by an ingredient or two, they were entirely different to what we ordered. I drove back to this location,explained the situation politely, and I received attitude in return. I didn?t want to make a scene - the staff and other patronsdon?t deserve that during peak lunch hours - but I was already hangry walking in and the way I was treated made it tempting. Thewrong orders were tossed in the trash, I sat down and waited, and the workers on the make line were giving me the side eye theentire time. When the remake was done, a worker placed the bag in front of me without a word and walked off. No apology at anypoint during this interaction, nothing to compensate for the inconvenience, just annoyed glares and silence. I?m disgusted byhow little they actually cared. Read more

This Chipotle was disgustingly dirty! Find all over the floor, counter, and tables. Garbage was full. 5 staff members behind the... counter talking and 1 customer besides myself and daughter. Decided to stop by after some issuing some returns. Walked in and walked right out. Lady serving the food had the most... ridiculously huge lashes glued on and grossed me out. I get Chipotle ensures long hair is either in a bun or a hat but longlashes like that should not be allowed. Could just imagine them shedding and falling into the food. Hair nets? they need lashnets! If you like waiting a... long time for your food, COME HERE! about 35 to 45 mins.....around that. I always always order from this location. Wether it be online or in store. I made a Chipotle online order yesterday and I was... seriously let down. My bowl didn't have the extra rice I asked for (we are grown adults here not children), my food arrivedcold, no utensils (I asked), small portion & the guacamole tasted a bit old. I wasn't very happy at all especially since I hadbeen sick with a cold. To have spent $20 it definitely wasn't worth it at all. Ugh Read more

I have always loved chipotle?s food but this specific location is overdoing it with the skimpyness of the food. I asked for... mixed greens and got a few leaves on top of my bowl. If u ask for a little bit more they wanna charge you a lot. Don?t go tothis location to eat, they will have you starving. I don?t blame the employees because they are taught that way but the ownerneeds to know if you want to draw in more customers leaving satisfied, full, and happy you need to feed your customers. I ordered a Pollo asado burrito. It came poorly wrapped and had guac and sour cream that I cannot eat. I am unable to get... someone on the phone to correct the order. I am unable to drive back out there to get another burrito. This is not the firstnor second time at this location, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars with a complaint. Read more
