I?ve visited the Cinnabon?s in Concord Mills on September 3, 2021? I ordered the four pack in a box and they didn?t have any so... the lady got me for hot ones and rang them up? It was supposed to be $12 but it ended up being 18.98. They hardly had any icingon them so I asked her could you please put more which she charged me for? And I asked her about the price difference? She saidthe ones in the box were old so that?s why they were cheaper she had to charge me for fresh ones? There was no signs saying thatthey were old is why you were getting it for a cheaper price?She was very rude and too busy cutting up with the workers to helpthe customers? When I got home I tried the Cinnabon?s and they were way overcooked? So for 18.98 I can only imagine what the oldones taste like? Read more

I went to Cinnabon on 6/18/21 @ 6:46pm at Concord mills (Concord, NC) Bakery# 8104 and the service was horrible. I rung up by a... young lady that did not know pricing on mini cinnabons in bulk count since they did not have any pre-boxed. I asked if I couldget some boxed up, she refused. I asked for a 12 count, she suggested a 16 count. I agreed, upon my purchase another young ladystarted using a spatula and tossing 3-4 mini cinnabons in a small box. I asked could she place them in then more neat or justgive me the regular box they would come in if I bought a 12-16 count, she grunted and complained out loud as if my request wasunreasonable. A gentleman by the name of Kyle Moats (I assume he was an assistant manager) then came up and stated that thecinnabon box they would use for one big cinnabon was the only thing available or they could put each one in it's separatebox. I told him that makes no sense when I see boxes for bulk cinnabons under the counter. He refused to give me one and toldme he was going to refund me. I took my refund! Worse service I received in a long time from an establishment especially sinceCovid. Kyle did not care about my request, nor did the other two young ladies. If my request was to have them placed neatly,who would say no to that. Please look into this matter Cinnabon. Debated with my wife while the comically slow staff served the single person in front of us whether it was worth waiting,... noticed the man making the food had his mask around his chin and wasn't handling himself in a food safe manner. Went toCinnaholic and will never look back. Read more

I have been going to this location for years! A 45min drive for us but always worth it.. never again! They actually complained... when I wanted a 6 pack to bring to the family.. staff was very inconvenienced and unfriendly. after a very confusingconversation why they didn't have any she pulled a box of 6 out of the cabinet behind her???? We payed for 6 extra frostingswhich tasted disgusting like watered flower. Rolls where raw in the middle and had the same gross frosting on them.. not sure ifthey sold this location but we will never be back again.. very sad. Read more

I been coming to this location for a while , and I've noticed in the past it was ran by teenagers and wasn't that good . But im... not one to complain to much because I understand the food business. But enough is enough, I went there today for the last timeand I was done with the cinnamon rolls tasting like goo and dough. It was undercooked and nasty, I called to get another batchearlier and never went back to get it cuz I didn't feel comfortable with the customer service. He said well what would you likeme to do ? And was very short. He didn't offer anything I told him what to do. Later on tonight just now my husbamd is sick andhis stomach is messed up because of the undercooked cinnamon rolls. Ours was good, but they were out of several items and they didn?t put as much frosting as other stores I have visited.
