The girl at the window was nice, but boy? the food. My son and I both got very few fries. He got jalapeños in his walking taco... that I asked them not to add. They forgot the jalapeños and lettuce on my cheeseburger even though the order was repeatedcorrectly back to me, and the bun had thick charcoal powder on it. Read more
Customer service lacking. Milkshakes only 2/3rds full, girl with teal/green wig completely rude. Thank goodness they don't... request tips. Mocha milkshake hasn't been available for several weeks. Today they also had no Oreos. Read more

They don't understand what plain means and tbh I come here all the time and I'm fed up with it. It should be simple to... understand. And when the burger is half the size of the bun it's a shame. Cook out needs workers that actually work! Read more
BBQ sandwich had barely any meat and was missing the hot sauce. And these wraps look like a 5 year old kid made them with there... eyes closed. That seasoning is so strong a little goes a long way and they pulled it all at one end. Kinda sad if that?s thebest an employee can make a chicken wrap. Read more
Milkshakes are very good, they do not always put what you ask them to. But when they do they are good. The burgers are very... thin, tastey though. Better ask for extra chili if you like chili on your hot dog. They only put a tablespoon on it. Love thefries and corn dogs are very crunchy. Read more
I don't go here often. Every time I do, I remember why I stop going in the first place. The Customer service is absolutely... ridiculous.
