Not enough employees to serve customers. But however the only one employee who was working in the front area did the good job.... There is WiFi access in. You still have fun with your cell phone when you are waiting for your seats and foods. The food wasgood. Read more

Absolutely irritating. Website stated they close at 12. We (large group of family in town for holiday) at 10 and all of a sudden... they close at 10. Asked to speak to manager and no one knows anyone's name or who the manager is. Finally this sweaty guy comesout kitchen and gives me a NY number for someone. No one knows managements number, name, store number, franchise owners number(if there is one). It was so bad it became comical. They just don't know the amount of money the business would have made or thefact that we tip very very well. And now they will never know. Never again for me Read more
I ordered the country fried steak and it appeared to be moldy and hard. It looks as if it were sitting on the counter all day... and all they did was warm it up and send it out. Looks absolutely disgusting. Read more
We came here on a Thursday morning and store was clean. Kristin was very friendly. I ordered the grand slam breakfast my wife... ordered the patty melt. The food was good. Service was great. Read more

One cook, two servers, and still awesome service. The wait was barely longer than if they had been full staffed, and the... waitress was a pure sweetheart. I'll tell you this, I had cinnamon bun pancakes for the first time, and I don't want mypancakes any other way, ever. They were sweet. They were frosted. There were fracking delicious. Their milkshake machine wasout so the waitress made me one by hand from scratch, now that's service. We just came from the Charlotte Renaissance Faire,had a great time, and we were hungry. Denny's was close and convenient, near the highway, and just what we wanted. They evenuse real eggs instead of carton eggs without asking - unlike IHOP where you have to ask for real eggs if you get them scrambled.And they loaded mine with cheese just like I asked. Seriously, if you have a sweet tooth and like cinnamon rolls,, try thesepancakes.. Now we're on a 4 hour drive home and I'm stuffed and happy. The place was clean and smelled nice. The family stopped here for a late lunch this afternoon after the Alice in Wonderland Virtual Escape. We waited an hour and a... half before our cold meals were served. We asked to see the manager, Demetria we were told. When it was explained to themanager, by our waitress, what was going on, Demetria shook her head and said quite loudly, " oh no, I'm not dealing with thistoday" and abruptly turned her back on us AND the waitress as she walked away. The waitress got on the phone and tried to helpby getting our meals discounted, and the manager, Demetria again stated "no...uh.uh" and shook her head when the waitress triedto communicate the issue. The manager rang up a customer then grabbed her purse and left the restaurant. Apparently to leave herstaff to deal with it. (At that time, there were others in the restaurant starting to complain that their food had not beenserved yet. One couple left while we stood there..... This is the poorest service by a store manager I have ever had thedisservice to encounter. Not only rude to the customer, but to the employee as well NEVER again will we visit this place if itwas the last restaurant on Google! Read more
