Worst firehouse ever. Ordered subs for my family and every sub was cold. Didn?t receive our full order, missing side of chili,... and subs had items on them that we specifically requested not to have. Every sub was cold which is incredible because we orderedpickup which wasn?t ready until 15 minutes after the time designated. WORST FIREHOUSE EVER!!!! Read more
Awkward employees don't even greet customers as they walk in... really don't like how it isn't busy but they have us dashers /... uber eats drivers preparing the customers drinks. NOT SANITARY!!! plus it holds drivers up. We are supposed to pick up anddeliver. Not prepare drinks/ food! Read more

Sandwhich was cold when delivered, which was surprising because it was delivered by grubhub in way less time than estimated.... Ordered pickle.. got no pickle. Ordered chocolate chip cookie got raisin. I hate raisins in anything! Very disappointed. Shouldhave read reviews before ordering from this location. Read more
Ordered my all time favorite from here yesterday for lunch. The Italian. It was the worst I've ever had. The bread was so thick... that's all you could taste is bread. It was dry. There was barely any meat at all. I will drive to another location next time.So disappointed! Read more
Worst experience I've ever had at a firehouse. When we walked in a girl with colored hair stared at us like we ruined her day by... choosing that restaurant. No one greeted us. They were blaring rob zombie on the music channel on the TV. A customer finallysaid something and he changed it but not before complaining about having to change it. When taking our order he literally saidwhat do you want? After I ordered and paid about 5 mins went by and I was informed that one of the meats for my steamer wasunavailable and the guy was extremely nonchalant about it he said and I quote "we don't have the pastrami for your sandwich"with a shrug and then he proceeded to tell me he could just use corned beef. I didn't want a corned beef sandwich that's why Iorder the steamer. No compassion as at all. They just wanted us out of there. I ended up with an Italian and it was not good.The hoagie roll was so small and all the toppings kept falling out because of it. It was dry they didn't put any condiments onit and they messed up my wife's sub that she built herself. Overall I'll never go back in there. This isn't the first time butit will definitely the last. waited 30 minutes for a small sandwich and cup of soup, sandwich was good but the soup was ice cold. it literally had ice in it... where it wasn't warmed up. of course I didn't know until I had already left the area. there is no phone number to this place onGoogle. i guess they do that so you can't complain. You could go inside order your own food & they still would go ahead & cook what they want? the cashier had AirPods in her ears?... maybe if she didn?t have those in she would?ve heard my order correctly. This place is just horrible costumer service. they hadkids working in here unsupervised as well.. where is the manager? Also they always almost NEVER put enough meat on there subs. Read more
