Hi Janice! First let me start by saying how FLIPPIN DELISH that cake was...It's been a long time since I've had true butter... cream. You are the second Baker that KNOWS what real Butter Cream Icing taste like. The closest to butter cream is Publix whichis definitely running 3rd. Let's just say, you ladies may want to give Publix a call and offer some recommendations.( Wink)The first layer was the most moist flavorful Chocolate ever and my husband said the top tier of Vanilla was outstanding. Myexperience from start to meeting with you for pick-up was nothing less than professional. Our interaction was so natural likewe met before. I am mostly definitely pleased with this bakery! I ordered a cake at the last minute for my 18 y/o daughter’s dinner party.... This place did not disappoint. First of all, the customer service was so on point. The owner was both very pleasant and helpfulwhen speaking to her as well as assisting with ideas.
