It took a few minutes to have someone take my order but she was nice when she got there. I had to change for work in the... bathroom and it was clean. I appreciated that. I got the pumpkin spice over milkshake and it was worth $3.59. I guess theydon't have the cheddar bacon potato wedges anymore, which is what I came in for. Instead I got the curley fries with cheese andbacon and ate them with ranch. No regrets. Just as good and I didn't have to wait as long for them to cool down. Read more
I just wanna give a shout-out to the closing staff from 10/16? I was running a route from Raleigh (where there is not jack in... the box) to Charlotte (gross). Excellent service and my chicken club sandwich was best I've ever had, curly fries are amazing and crispy, however my husband... ordered a triple bonus jack, supposed to have 3 slices cheese and special sauce, he got 3 patties 1 slice of cheese and ketchupand mustard, no secret sauce. Last night, I tried Jack in the Box for the first time. The food was great despite being served warm, but there was a very long... wait, perhaps as a result of understaffing. Only 2 employees working and they still killed it! Great service under extreme pressure. Those kids did great! We were stuck in... line at the 10121 N. Tryon Street location for almost 30 minutes and the employees there could care less. We were finally ableto get out of line and leave just to see employees walking around in the showroom without a care int he world they had 15 carsin line. I drove to this location specifically closest to my home. I work nights at the local Police Department and went out my way to... dine here. I get there no one comes on the drive thru speaker I said Hello only to get told to hold not asked if I mindedwaiting ok fine. I wait ten more minutes after now four cars has gotten behind me I say hello again only to be rudely told tohold on. I said I've been in this drive thru 15-20minutes already how long do you expect me to hold on. She replies well driveoff! I said no I waited twenty minutes I have my kids I've earned for you take my order! Silence and I wait another five minutesafter taking my order I get to the window no sorry for your wait nothing! Miranda was very rude for no reason and then I gethome and my order was wrong! I didn't even get what I came to get Very disappointed. I call to complain to the manager and theytell me we are busy right now! I will definitely be making the recommendation to our Chief of Police that we no longer patronthis business! Yum yum yummy! I was in town on business for a few days. Day 1 I stopped here to eat because it was convenient. I?m so glad I... did! I ended up eating here every day of my trip. The only reason why I took a star off is because the staff was not verypersonable. I?m all about good service and unfortunately they fell short. My family is from California, we moved to Virginia, May 2019 to the Hampton Roads area. We have been missing Jack's delicious... variety of tasty comfort foods! So, after over 3yrs and running I Googled: the closest Jack in the Box near me, which was thisexact location! We choose one perfect fall day to make our 5 hr one way trip down to our Favorite Fast Place to enjoy theecstacy of nearly $80's invested into: tacos, Jumbo Jacks, Egg rolls, seasoned curly fires, chicken strips, Oreo cookie shakes,breakfast sausage sandwiches, & hot coffee. I'm telling U we had a "600lb life" type of day..it was all delicious! And thecherry on top was the Service! ????I really appreciate the care they took with our order! The quality of the food was adelicious taste of home, served with a side of calmness & efficiency. Thank U ???? It was worth the 11 hr round-trip Sundaydrive from Virginia Beach to Concord, NC ???? to enjoy that yummy, Jack in the Box!
