Have been in this location twice in the last month and the music was so loud I could hardly hear the employees speaking to me... about my order. I was going to eat there but I was not going to sit there with music blaring so I took my food and left. Noreason to have the music so loud you can?t carry on a conversation. I stopped in today to get a salad. Had to ask for more lettuce 2 times. I didn?t want any other toppings. When I went to check... out, I asked for silverware They said they were out. They could give me a knife. So I eat a salad with a knife???? Maybe theycould go to the grocery store and buy silverware, or better yet when someone orders a salad warn them ahead of time they didn?thave silverware for them to eat it with. Ordered online to pick up lunch for work....estimated time was for 6:30p got there at 6:35p ordered wasn't ready until... 6:50p...Jersey Mike's has very good subs....my order is usually always hot and fresh....I always get the #56 The Big Kahunawhich is basically a Philly Cheesesteak which comes with jalapenos which I opt not to add sometimes I get them on the side....Iget the grilled onions but not peppers as they give me heartburn and I also get mushrooms and add BACON which Jersey Mike'salways has a big pan of BACON up front for your viewing pleasure....the sandwich was awesome as usual and the in storeassociates where nice and friendly gota love Jersey Mike's ???????? Not a great experience today & this location is one of my favorites, On sunday, July 24th, 2022 it was extremely busy, which is... normal right after church lets out. Just felt the staff could of been a bit nicer. The cashier couldn't count. My order came to$16.32, I gave her $20.35 which means i was suppose to get back $4.03. She claim i gave her another amount & then tried to standme down & argue back. I guess that's what happens when it's a bunch of teenagers running a business & no adult supervision.Hopefully things will get better. Oh yeah, i ordered a hot sub today & man let me tell you. I walked in at 12:05-12:10 & walkedout about 12:50. It waa knocking on almost an hour of waiting time for one sub????. Read more

I simply love Jersey Mike's! Once you've had them, all of those other sub places will be extinct. I love the freshness of the... veggies and condiments that go on a sub. They have many options from subs, wraps and bowls. My current favorite is the club on awrap. Read more

We had a great experience! We had a 5 hour drive traveling through town on a Sunday evening and stopped at this location. The... staff was friendly and efficient and seemed truly happy to help. They were so pleasant and appeared to like working there. Theshop was vey clean and well run. And of course the food is delicious! Read more

Edit to my original review: This has become the worst Jersey Mikes I?ve ever been to! Paid $20 for the skimpiest and worst... italian sub by far! They are inconsistent and stingy with toppings! I?ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but timeafter time I continue to get a mediocre and bland sub! I?m officially done with this location and vow to never return. Theseemployees need to know what sets them apart from any other sub restaurant and understand that it?s customers are usuallyconsistent die hard Jersey Mikes fans! Unacceptable!
