Don't try the mobile ordering. It is like a Chinese fire drill. Completely unorganized.

I went here after work. Placed my order in the drive thru. It was not a complicated order just an 8 piece nugget with a side of... cole slaw and diet Pepsi. My order was missing the fries had to drive around and go in to get the fries a 4 min wait becausethey had to cook them. Employees were goofing off and playing around. There were several older employees that were actuallyworking. It was the younger ones not doing their jobs. I believe this place needs to address their employees behavior while atwork. Manager was right in there with the ones goofing off and messing up orders. Read more

There are signs all over the store saying "order online for quick pickup" and "doors open for mobile orders," yet the doors are... locked and everyone must use the drive through. It's especially painful to be sitting in the drive through waiting to get to thespeaker and see your order placed in the "quick pick up" area. Gave me enough time to write a review, though. Avoid thislocation of you're in a hurry. Read more

Update: finally went back months later and asked to use my "$10 credit on the next visit" and of course they had nothing noted... but luckily I kept my receipt with the two individuals names on it... they did honor it. I ordered an 8 piece meal and a coupleother items. Food was fine, the usual KFC. I still don't plan to patron this location very often. Only doing drive-thru rightnow, only one car ahead of me, no one behind: NOT busy. And still couldn't get the order right? Attention Christian [manager] ifyou got all the way home with your take-out dinner would you feel it's acceptable to go all the way back [15 mins] if your orderwas wrong? Absolutely not! With today's technology I could have been asked to email you a picture of my incorrect order ~butthen that would have quickly proved how wrong you were. Where is actual customer service at these days? Treat your customers theway you'd like to be treated! I am going to hold my breath on that 'credit on your next visit' lol. Read more

Ordered thru the app. Got a 8 piece family meal and the 8 piece with 8 tenders family meal. They forgot all the sides and... biscuits on the 8 piece meal. Forgot all 4 of the dipping sauces and gravy on the other. And the size of the chicken has gottenterrible. The legs are so small they get over cooked now. I posted 2 pics of a wing. One for the size, and one showing thecrispyness. So dry it was tossed with the nasty biscuits. Read more

Not even worth the one star I have to leave. Half of the food was missing when I arrived to pick up the order. Was told... everything was in the bad. However I was told Mac n cheese wasn?t available it would be a 10-15 min wait. Only recieved one ofthe large Mac n cheese. She put one large in there. Got home to find out I was missing a large mac n cheese and the individualfor the popcorn chicken meal I ordered. & no gravy for either of the large mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered. Had to go backto get the rest of the food and the lady I dealt with then was incredibly rude and said she would get the stuff I was missing(said she was a manager but didn?t have a badge or a managers shirt on) But didn?t tell anyone to get it she just disappearedaround the corner not to be seen the entire rest of the time I was there. Another guy (assuming manager) walked up and askedwhat I needed. Told him. He remade my entire order. Which is fine no big deal., HOWEVER get home to eat (finally) mashedpotatoes aren?t even mixed. It?s mostly just the powder flakes not even mixed at all. Maybe 1/2 of the amount of Mac n cheeseAND mashed potatoes you normally receive in the large containers. Literally HALF of the original amount of popcorn chicken theygave me the first time. . overall a very disappointing experience. Will not be going back to this location until managementimproves. Will be making some phone calls about undercooked and unacceptable food being served to the public. Read more

As I said on my other post this was a horrible experience looks like they fed a pigeon instead of chicken biscuits or hard and... not buttery or was hard and dry. Maybe this is a PETA where they should go and check those companies they are sourcing thechicken from. We are not keen on eating baby ?chickens?, if that?s what they were. Read more
