I waited 20 minutes to order in the drive thru, the person couldn't hear me well and when I got to the window they gave me the... wrong order, I tried to order again and they told me i had to go around. On top of that they did not give me a receipt and thefood was cold. Never ordering from here again. I know there is an employee shortage but having untrained kids is unacceptable. Read more
This McDonald's blows. Ordered a grand big Mac and they refused to prepare it. Two quarter pound patties on a big Mac and was... told " we can't do that". Odd since they have done it before. So much for customer service. Read more
Worst MCDONALD'S yet!!! Line going out of the parking lot for the drive thru. Maybe that is the way to go, but I went inside. ... First off, I hate kiosk ordering, but I get it. No associates to man the counter. My feet were sticking to the floor,yuck! The order screen was sticky, like someone sprayed soda all over it, I went to another screen...they were all like that.There were at least 15 people waiting at the counter for thier orders. At least they had thier beverage cups. I needed topay. Using cash...yes, some people still use cash. I finally got the attention of someone to take my cash, as she was bringing out other people's orders. She was very put off by the fact she had to use the register. I assume that was part of the job. Iam not exaggerating...everyone that was waiting had a problem with thier order. Not the guy that walked out, because hecouldn't get anyone's attention. He went somewhere else. So when my order was finally ready, 20 minutes later, it wasthrown on the counter towards me. Yes, I had to wait again to ask for the cups for my beverage. Not a hard order, 2 fishsandwiches and 2 sweet teas. I understand the shortage of help these days. I appreciate the fact that some people show upfor work. Management should have someone dedicated to Customer Service for the people inside. I will never go to thisparticular McDonalds ever again. I would have walked out at the beginning, but I had 2 seniors in my car that wanted fishsandwiches. Stupid me, thought it would be quicker inside. Read more
This is my third and final time going there. My food is stale. Late time the burger seemed raw and wet. The bread was literally... sliding off the burger. My 6 year old is asking me what's wrong with the fries. Overdone and stale. That's what's wrong withthem. I tried, but I'm done with this location. Read more
Me and this McDonald?s go way back. The workers are nice and the stores always clean. My only complaint is that they don?t have... all day breakfast but that?s not up to them unfortunately. Read more
Well you all almost impressed me. I ordered a filet fish meal and an extra large fry with an Oreo Mcflurry. I was really... impressed that the service was quick. Both fries were fresh and hot.. but that SANDWICH HAD TO be sitting there for HOURS. Thebun, cheese and fish HARD AS A ROCK! The tarter sauce, like left out mayo. Read more
Just got served raw hamburger and chicken sandwich. The workers thought it was funny and I ate most of the burger because I... wasn?t looking at it I was hungry but then looked down and seen the pink! Update the managers told the franchise owners thatthey gave me two free meals on two separate days they lied, why would I possibly want to eat raw food again. They also said thata little pink in your hamburger is ok. Look at the photos and then look at the safe handling instructions on the hamburger pack.It says to cook thoroughly! This is the first time in a long time I can leave a good review for this restaurant, the manager Deneisa is the best manager I... have dealt with in a very long time. Very sweet, very professional, very helpful and knows her job.
