Took my money with a quickness and then had me park with about 10 other people. The poor guy they had running food had no clue... who ordered what and even worse was just being handed unmarked bags of food. We had to leave without our food after 20 minutesbecause there was just no way this place was ever going to place 10 nuggets and 2 fries into a bag and get it to the right car.I wish I was exaggerating but this is seriously the worst fast food restaurant Ive ever seen. The employees were great and the food was good. I took a few stars for lack of cleanliness. I know a lot of places are short... staffed these days but it's still important to keep surfaces clean (and safe) in food service. There was a wet/sticky area rightin front of the counter where orders were placed for customer pick up and the soda area was nasty. (A mannerless child cameunattended to the drink machines and squeezed in between my sister and I while we were getting our drinks. He proceeded to makea mess while getting his drink. The adult watching from the table didn't tell him to clean up his mess nor did she do it. ????) Read more

I just went through drive thru and because i question the price of a dbl quarter chz burger. I told the mgr or whoever she was... that 6.32 for that burger was Crazy. Just a burger they threw my burger with it covered in grease in the box with chickennuggets that was suppose to be in a box but there was so much grease on all of them, they fell out and was in the bottom of thebag and my hamburger smashed in between all this with the fries in the bottom of bag. Im here everyday sometimes 3× a day . themgr accused me of calling her a name which i didn't. I said (i would not by another one of those burgers) here and b/c i saidthat i was accused of saying what i didn't say. She was very rude to someone that is there every single day. If they are thatrude and disrespectful to a regular how are they treating the rest of your NEW CUSTOMERS? I have been in food service for over40 years and i have never NEVER GIVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE like this. I have worked for one of the hardest food companies there isand I wouldn't be there now if treated my new or loyal customers that way or spoke to someone the way i was talked to. I tookpictures of all of it and will be sending them to upper management. No i won't be back at the mcdonald's on cabarrus ave inconcord nc. The WORST MC DONALDS EVERRRR!! I just threw away over $25 worth of food from here. Please note I have given this location plenty... of chances. Always the same result. Never have ever left a review on anything before but wow. First of all my 10 piece nugget compared to how nuggets are supposed... to look. Disgusting. Why would you ever pack these in a box and be ok with giving them to a customer they smelled awful.. I hadto pull forward and wait for these too ???? Also got three happy meals, only got three nuggets in a four piece order, none ofthem came with their drinks and one didn't have a toy. Seriously if you want mcdonalds just go to a different location. There'shonestly no excuse for how much got messed up on this order. ???? Read more
This had be be the worst Mc Donalds I have ever went to..Ever time I go there my order is wrong..I order breakfast, lunch and... dinner every time there is something wrong..I call back today to complain about order and the manager says is this the only MCDonalds you can go to..What kind of response I get from a manager..Not I am sorry..And I am not the only one that complains..Thehelp and management as this place is a disgrace..I go there and order a frappa? and it looks like a chocolate milk which issuppose to be a frozen drink..Nothing matters when you call corporate..Guess I will reach out to the news channel and see ifthey can get a response from an owner and get to the bottom of this..Times are rough and people are struggling and this McDonald just straight rips people off and messes people orders up and has nothing to say but is this the only Mc Donalds you cango to..What kinda management is that..I guess the kind this place hires..The only manager worth anything there is Tiffany..
