I?ve been to this place about 6 times in the span of about a year now. I?ve dine in, take out and ordered catering. Their food... is delicious but their service has unfortunately declined. The phone is not working for you to order ahead, when asked about itthey weren?t able to give me a legitimate reason. They are very busy during lunch time theres only one person at the fronttaking orders and she attends all dine in customers. The food takes a long time to be ready and they aren?t also giving outdressings/salsa when they use to. I've been a customer since you first opened. When you opened the Caesar dressing was really good, I thought it was homemade. The... other night I asked the cashier if the Caesar dressing was still homemade and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that itwas never homemade. You might want to teach her some customer service skills as after that experience we won't be back. Thefirst rule in customer service Is that the customer is always right even if you know they're wrong. If it was just that wewould have gave it another chance but my husband's meal was terrible the steak in his fried rice was like rubber he could hardlyeat it and wasted most of it. I could eat their food non- stop!! It's soooo flavorful, and light, that you find yourself mindlessly eating while you visit... with your lunch companion. The portions are large, fresh, and served hot. We had the rice with steak and chicken, and a largeportion of fried plantains. Not the least bit fancy, but go there for the memorable food. Poor experience. These Cobb salads are NOT as described online. No bacon. No romaine (all iceberg lettuce), no eggs. After... driving to and arriving at the restaurant, and waiting 5-10 minutes, we were told they just started boiling the eggs. That?sanother 8 minutes to boil and more to cool to add to a salad. We agreed to take the salads without eggs, but got home to find nobacon and no romaine, and thin, tasteless Caesar dressing. We tried to resolve this before posting this review but neither theowner nor a manager were available. If you don?t have the ingredients to make the dish simply say so. The fried plantains werepretty good. I HATE posting poor reviews, and the dishes being served looked good, but I would avoid takeout and avoid saladsfrom this restaurant like the plague. Read more
