My girlfriend placed a mobile order and when she got there the employee working asked her if she had a mobile order and told her... that they ran completely out of bread. The last one was actually given to the customer in the lobby who showed up 20 minutesafter my girlfriend placed her order. She had already paid and they were out of everything she ordered. Instead, they offeredher a wrap because that's all they had. Not only was the wrap not even a quarter of the size of the 12-inch she ordered, it wasnot properly made. Paying $12 for a 12-inch and a cookie and getting a 3-inch wrap filled with basically nothing, she leftdisappointed with no refund whatsoever. Read more

I placed my order on their app then got a phone call they ran out of bread! Idk how a sandwich shop runs out of bread! Then to... top it off the staff is unable or unwilling to refund the money I paid through the app. Said I can call in the morning and tryand catch the manager. So I have to spend more of my time trying to get my money back plus had to spend more at Jimmy John?s toget our food. Should have just gone there to begin with.
